I just wanted to write to you about your employees and you’re outside contracted vendors.  They have been wonderful.  They are so service oriented and that has to flow from the top.  Alan and I were discussing today that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you, and actually wish we knew someone who needed a contractor right now.  You have often gone out of your way to accommodate us, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it.  What I marvel at is your immediate response when I leave you a message or even talk with one of your employees.  Today, I asked one of your landscape employees if he knew how to set my landscaping light timer.  He didn't, but within a half hour someone was at my door to set it for me.  The same employee told me you had asked him to check all our landscape lighting, not just the one tree that was impacted by our new extension.  Both of these services were outside the scope of our project- and you didn't even mention you were going to have them done.  Your employees and outside contractors always let us know when they were leaving so we could close our garage door and to assure us they had locked up the extension.  This may not seem like much, but we appreciated their sensitivity.   They were willing, polite, and very neat. Even our neighbors commented on how neat everything was during the two months of construction.  Please don't hesitate to use us as a reference and/or this email as one to future clients.
